Watching and Studying the Recordings

Use the collection notes and individual titles to choose a recording, then pause and replay passages for observation. A source file can be an excerpt or demonstration; its position in a folder is not a verified teaching progression. Study weapon recordings with suitable training equipment and qualified supervision in a controlled setting. Movement and breathing recordings are not presented as medical treatment. Browser caption options are explained separately; translated audio and supplied subtitle files are not claimed without verification.
